Stirling Bridges Pub To Open This Weekend In Carmichael

A new restaurant and pub is set to open in Carmichael this weekend.

Stirling Bridges Restaurant and Pub, located at Madison and Manzanita avenues, will open at 11 a.m. Saturday, July 27. There will be a champagne toast at 2 p.m.

The gastropub will feature a 50-foot bar that houses ingredients to make more than a dozen British cocktails, like Mick Jagger and Strawberry Fields.

Owner Andy Wylie is actually from Scotland, according to Kimco Realty.

Stirling Bridges takes over the former Brother Oliver's restaurant in the shopping center with The Home Depot and Walmart Neighborhood Market.
