Sacramento County Sheriff's deputies are seeking information related to an armed robbery that took place at an Orangevale liquor store May 14.
According to a report filed by deputies, two unknown suspects entered One Stop Liquor Store at approximately 10:20 p.m. and with guns drawn ordered the cashier to empty his register. After emptying his register, the suspects demanded the cashier hand over his cell phone and wallet.
The two suspects then fled the business on foot in an unknown direction. The victim said he was struck by one of the suspects but had no visible injuries, according to the report.

"This incident was reported by two passersby who saw the suspects fleeing the store after the robbery," said Sheriff's spokesman Jason Ramos. "The store had no video surveillance available, and there was no information in the report regarding whether or not the cell phone could, or would, be tracked."
The report describes the suspects as male, each between the ages of 20 and 25, weighing approximately 160 pounds. One of the suspects was described as African American, while the other's race is unknown.

Ramos was unable to explain why the report wasn't filed earlier.
San Juan Club scuffle leaves man with a sore eye
A man leaving San Juan Club on May 8 found himself on the receiving end of a fist while sitting in his vehicle with the windows rolled down.
That fist belonged to one female bar patron, who, as Ramos explained, has had a problem with the man for sometime.
The incident occurred around 10 p.m. and left the man with a sore eye, according to the report.
The victim contends that the female suspect actually shot a friend of his several years earlier, and was never prosecuted so she got away with it, Ramos explained.
"Since then, according to the victim,, she has had it out for him and his friends," Ramos said.
This was a misdemeanor assault – the victim sustained no visible injury and did not require any medical attention. Ramos explained no charges will be filed in this case, and the victim did not want to press the issue. Since he knows the female, and where she lives, he was advised that the best course of action would be to obtain a restraining order against her. Ramos said he agreed and obtained information about how to do that.
