The Rooster Call, June 14: Camp Fair Oaks, Closing Collections, More

Discover what's happening in Fair Oaks quickly and be on your way.

Remember that  in the early parts of June? Yeah, it's pretty much gone. And if Tuesday is any indication, we're in for warmer temperatures, according to the National Weather Service. Temperatures will rise to around 93 degrees. Be sure to be mindful of the increasing air quality index (AQI). According to Spare The Air, Tuesday's AQI will reach 106, which for certain sensitive groups could be considered unhealthy.

The warmer temperatures won't keep life from going on as usual though for the area, as camp gets underway for Fair Oaks youngsters. Adversly, The Hart Collection prepares for its impending July closure with some major sale discounts. For those looking to unwind when the warmer temps give way to cooler (or at least moderate ones) Players Pub will be holding its weekly 9-Ball Pool Tournament.
