Video: County Representatives Hold Community Redistricting Workshop

Fair Oaks residents were encouraged to voice their questions and concerns Wednesday morning while Sacramento County Registrar of Voters representatives explained .

Registrar representative Jill LaVine explained the various plans being developed while emphasizing no definitive plan has yet been determined. LaVine also encouraged community members interested or concerned with current plans to submit their own proposal, explaining all ideas would be given fair evaluation by her and other county representatives.

Residents are encouraged to provide their input on the proposed redistricting plans. Comments can be posted online at www.elections.saccounty.net. They can also attend community workshops, which will be held until June. Community members interested in submitting comments and/or their own redistricting proposals can do so by clicking here.
