Village Farmers Market Features Martial Arts Demo Wednesday

HI-YAH! The Fair Oaks Farmers Market is getting a jump-kick's worth of energy Wednesday beginning at 5 p.m., courtesy of the 8066 Sunset Ave. .

In its fifth month, the market will feature other new attractions in the form of new vendors, including apples, peaches, nectarines and cherries farmer Aoyama Farms.

After that, it's all about the flying kicks and roundhouses as students take center-stage showing off their martial arts.

The market will also feature the music of Ken Teel.

Come for the locally-produced food; stay for the martial arts acrobatics.
