Wednesday's Cheapest Gas: $3.53

It couldn't last forever. 

Gas prices in the Fair Oaks area reversed direction for the first time in more than two months. It's the first indication the community has had that as expensive as gas is, it could begin to get more pricey as days go by. It's anyone's guess how long prices will continue to increase, but for the time being travelling to the pump is going to cost you a little extra.

According to Gas Buddy, here is a list of the least expensive gas prices in the area.

In Fair Oaks:

$3.53 - ARCO, 8901 Madison and Hazel Avenue (as of Wednesday morning).

$3.53 - ARCO, 4625 San Juan Ave. and Winding Way (as of Tuesday evening).

$3.53 - ARCO, 4400 Sunrise Boulevard and Winding Way (as of Tuesday evening).
