The Encore! Model Home Furnishings building has been vacant for sometime. Any idea what should replace it?
The store was a staple in Fair Oaks Village for a number of years till its recent demise early in 2012. Now it sits vacant, only its sign there a reminder of its former luster.
Kirra Moore, the cheerful former owner of Encore has moved on, yet the building remains, perhaps leaving some to wonder what, if anything, is primed to replace the furnishing store.

The sunny showroom area gives prominence to whatever it facilitates. The area at one time was the staging area for bedroom, living room and dining room sets along with artwork and home accessories.
Encore Model Home Furnishings used to participate in the Second Saturday Art Walk in Fair Oaks with local resident artists and also offered landscaping, art and interior classes.
