
1. You've got to take a turn on the dance floor and dance some of your own steps to a live band twice a week with a class at 1:15 p.m. at the . It's great exercise, you'll meet some nice people and they've even got coffee and refreshments when you need a pick-up in between numbers.
2. If you've got five to 10 year-olds who love dogs and enjoy books, bring them to the at 3:30 p.m. for , where they'll read aloud to specially trained therapy pooches. They'll earn stickers and, eventually, a book for their continued participation.
3. If you have a loved one with Alzheimer's and need support, attend a at 6 p.m. at and talk with others in the same situation over snacks and beverages, led by facilitator Susan Seidenzahl. Please RSVP at 993-5724.
