Victor James Petush, a Foster City resident, gave a massage to the victim on Feb. 10 and started off the massage with "several inappropriate remarks about what a great body she had," District Attorney Steve Wagstaffe said.
The victim had reportedly received multiple massages at the PJCC in the past, but never before from Petush.
During the massage, Petush allegedly started massaging the victim's groin and genital area, and then digitally penetrated her, according to prosecutors.
Petush then grabbed her hand and forcibly made her masturbate him, prosecutors said.
The victim was "extremely scared" and repeatedly told him to stop, but Petush persisted and the victim could not leave, according to prosecutors.
After the incident, the victim was hysterical and called her friends and then the police.
Petush claimed she consented to all contact, though other victims beyond the statue of limitations have since come forward.
The case is due in court on Monday, Aug. 5, at 1:30 p.m. for the pretrial conference. A jury trial has been set for Sept. 9.
Petush is out of custody on a $100,000 bail bond.
