Police Log, Feb. 4-6: iPhone 5 Stolen from Costco

Monday, Feb. 4, 2013

12:09 a.m. - Fireworks - Occurred at E Hillsdale Blvd/Altair Ave. Multiple callers report a volley of shots or fireworks heard. Extensive area check made, nothing seen or heard.

3:44 a.m. - Disturbance - Occurred on Barkentine. Yellow cab driver reports that her passenger got out without paying her. Subject was a WMA, late 20's, 6-2 wearing a hat, 49ers jacket and white pants. Passenger contacted, fare was paid, situation mediated.

12:30 p.m. - Fraud - Occurred on Monterey Ave. Front counter RP reports unauthorized transactions made internationally and out of State against her checking/debit account.

3:53 p.m. - Vandalism - Occurred on De Soto Ln. RP reports that her vehicle was "keyed" sometime between 1830 to 2200 HRS on Saturday, 02-02-13, when it was parked on De Soto Ln. 

9:40 p.m. - Disturbance - Occurred on Halibut. Report of a man yelling, possibly into a phone, as he walked southbound on Halibut towards BPB.

Tuesday, Feb. 5, 2013

8:21 a.m. - Hit-and-Run - Occurred at Swordfish/Beach Park Blvd. Office reporting 13 yro student was clipped by a silver Honda 4 door with tinted rear window, NFD, while on his bicycle causing him to fall to the gound. Vehicle did not stop and continued SB on BPB. Occ'd 10-15 ago. Vehicle possibly has damage to left front bumper. Fire/medical check refused. Student in the office. 

10:26 a.m. - Barking Dog - Occurred on Admiralty Ln. Barking dog complaint. Ongoing issue. Rp requests a barking dog complaint form. Large brown doberman pincher noted at residence barking non-stop. 

4:33 p.m. - Petty Theft - Occurred at Costco Wholesale on Metro Center Blvd. Front Counter RP reports that her white Apple iPhone 5 cellular phone was stolen at approx. 1330 HRS on 02-01-2013. Loss estimated at $250 & phone was entered into APS. 

Wednesday, Feb. 6, 2013

8:12 a.m. - Leash Law Violation - Occurred at Sea Cloud Park on Sea Cloud Dr. Rp rpts a WMA, late 50's dark blue jacket with 1 (a Pitbull) of 2 dogs off leash. Subject contacted and advised of the ordinance. 

8:06 p.m. - Disturbance - Occurred on Admiralty Ln. RP rpts being involved in a verbal altercation with a subj who is skateboarding in the carport area. Both parties contacted and skateboarder advised of CC&Rs.
