10:42 a.m. - Disturbance - Occurred on Metro Center Bl. RP reporting a verbal dispute with another employee.
2:05 p.m. - Petty Theft - Occurred on Shell Bl. RP at the front counter to report theft of a box of computers from his vehicle earlier this morning. Determined to be a civil matter between business partners.
5:43 p.m. - Vehicle Theft - Occurred on E Hillsdale Bl. RP reports his vehicle is missing and was last seen 2 hours ago. Vehicle located in nearby parking lot and RP was GOA. Message left on RP's voicemail advising of the vehicle's location.
7:13 p.m. - Assault - Occurred on Shell Bl. RP reports a vendor grabbed her 11yo daughter by the arms and accused her of stealing merchandise. Juvenile transported by AMR for complaint of pain.
9:26 p.m. - Vandalism - Officer initiated activity on Shell Bl. Smashed window located. DPW responded to secure.
10:02 p.m. - Possession of Marijuana - Officer initiated activity on Shell Bl. Juvenile cited & released to parent for possession of marijuana & alcohol.

12:13 a.m. - Reckless Driving - Occurred on Dolphin Isle. (Hundred block.) RP reports the driver of a white '89 Ford Mustang 5.0 LX "doing doughnuts" with an audience of several other vehicles and their occupants. Audible tire friction & reckless driving were not committed in the Officer's presence.
9:39 a.m. - Found Property - Occurred on Shell Bl. Case taken for wallet found last night at festival. Owner reached and wallet returned to owner at the PD.
12:23 p.m. - Grand Theft - Occurred on Rock Harbor Ln. Several items noticed missing over a couple month period of time. So far $200.00 in cash, 4 gold chains, and 2 passports have gone missing.
1:49 p.m. - Vandalism - Occurred on Edgewater Bl. RP reports left side of vehicle was scratched and passenger side tires were flattened.
4:41 p.m. - Found Property - Occurred on Shell Bl. (Hundred block.) Apple iPhone found at the Art & Wine Festival was booked for safekeeping.
8:28 p.m. - Fireworks - Occurred on Anacapa Ln. Report of a firework just set off in the area. Nothing seen.

3:34 a.m. - Suspicious Circumstance - Occurred on Port Royal Av. RP heard footsteps and whispering in her back yard. Yard and area checks clear.
1:22 p.m. - Petty Theft - Occurred on Tower Ln. Front counter RP reports that his credit cards were stolen from his office and subsequent fraudulent charges have been made.
5:43 p.m. - Battery - Occurred on Killdeer Ct. Open 911 call from a VOIP line. Case taken for battery with no prosecution desired.
