12:13 a.m. - Petty Theft - Occurred on Balclutha Dr. RP reports $700 missing from the apartment. Occurred between 050113 2000hrs and time of call.
7:10 a.m. - Vandalism - Occurred on Foster City Bl. RP reports unknown(s) tampered with the irrigation valves near the new parking lot. Wires to the system were cut sometime between April and May 2.

5:49 p.m. - Petty Theft - Occurred on Compass Ln. Front counter RP suspects her housekeeper took items from the residence. Advice rendered; RP to come back when she has more information.
7:35 p.m. - Suspicious Circumstances - Occurred on E Hillsdale Bl. Report of 2 men on roof using jackhammer or drill. Dispatch canceled. Men working on air conditioning unit.

1:21 a.m. - Suspicious Circumstances - Occurred on Polynesia Dr. RP believes he was followed 5 ago by a large dark blue truck driven by subject wearing a blk hoodie.
9:41 a.m. - Leash Law Violation - Occurred on Santa Catalina Ln. RP reports an ongoing issue with the neighbor's dog running loose. Messages left for both the dog owner and the RP.
11:49 a.m. - Animal Call - Occurred on Shell Bl. RP reports what appears to be an injured owl under the bridge. Determined to be a plastic scarecrow owl.
4:26 p.m. - Found Property - Occurred on Plymouth Ln. RP reports having found a red kayak floating in the lagoon 2 years ago and has kept it until now.

8:31 a.m. - Lost Property - Occurred at Foster City Police Dept on E Hillsdale Bl. Front counter report of a lost wallet. Lost yesterday between 1306 and 1400 hrs.
3:05 p.m. - Auto Burglary - Occurred on Vintage Park Dr. RP reports her vehicle was burglarized via passenger window smash between 1300 HRS and TOR. Stolen was a large white Coach bag with black writing and contents.
3:37 p.m. - Found Juvenile - Occurred on Widgeon. RP standing by with a 3 year old who was riding a tricycle alone. Child re-united with parent(s) and parent(s) were admonished.
