8th-Grade All-Star Hoop Squad Headed to Nationals
Fountain Valley Showtime went undefeated at last week's sectionals, and will compete again in this weekend's national tournament
The Fountain Valley Showtime eighth-grade all-star basketball team went 3-0 in last weekend's National Junior Basketball sectional tournament, earning a place in this weekend's national tournament in Brea with wins over El Toro, Irvine and Rancho Santa Margarita.
Fountain Valley's team members are Mark Kraus, Justin Bebout, John Oliver, Erik Mai, Neil McHenry, Nathan Hong, Kareem Madkour, Tyler Murrell, Brian Hoang, and Buddy Alton. They are coached by Ben Alton.
