A new Mortgage Assistance Grant was recently approved for Low-Income Fountain Valley households that are past due on their mortgage payments. $100,000 is available in assistance and will be dispersed on a first-come, first-serve basis. The grant covers up to six consecutive months of mortgage payments for a maximum of $7,500 for low-income, owner-occupied households meeting the eligibility requirements. The grant application is available for pick-up at City Hall (10200 Slater Ave.) or may be downloaded here. 👉 https://bit.ly/2ZBrdC5Applications are available beginning November 29, 2021 and must be submitted in-person or by mail to City Hall, located at 10200 Slater Avenue.
