Council Accepts Bids for Sewer Improvement Project

A consultant was also hired for the project

The Fountain Valley City Council voted Tuesday night to accept a bid for $1.15 million from Garcia Juarez Constuction to carry out the city's sewer improvement project.

As part of the project, Anderson-Penna was hired as a consulting firm at a cost of $92,182.

  • approved the purchase of DNA drying cabinets and freezers at a cost of $15,170.
  • continued  public hearing regarding wireless communication facilities to its June 7 meeting.
