Fatal Huntington Beach Auto-Pedestrian Crash Victim ID'd
The victim, a Huntington Beach resident, would have turned 90 in January.

The pedestrian struck and killed by a car in Huntington Beach Friday morning has been identified as 89-year-old Oscar Medina.
Medina, who would have turned 90 in January, was walking across Hamilton Avenue, just west of Via Straits Lane, when he was struck by a Ford Focus around 10:20 a.m., Huntington Beach police Sgt. Jon Haught said Friday.
The Orange County Sheriff-Coroner's Department put Medina's time of death at 10:41 a.m. Friday, according to a news release. The 89-year-old was a Huntington Beach resident.
