Garden Grove USD Seeking Musical Instrument Donations

The Garden Grove Unified School District Fine Arts Department, in partnership with the Garden Grove Unified Council of PTAs, is asking the public to put unused or gently used musical instruments to good use by donating brass, woodwind, percussion, and string instruments to benefit GGUSD school bands and orchestras.

The district will accept instruments in any working condition. Each donation will be evaluated and, if necessary, repaired. Please do not donate instruments that are beyond repairable condition.

To donate an instrument, simply drop it off at any one of the district’s 47 elementary schools during regular school hours from September 26-30. An instrument donation form will be available in each school office. Each donor will receive a letter from the district acknowledging their contribution.
