SANTA ANA, CA—A 19-year-old man was charged today with pimping two underage girls in Santa Ana. Kenneth Anfrane Glenn Maxwell faces two counts each of human trafficking of a victim younger than 18, pimping prostitutes younger than 16 and pandering a victim younger than 16, along with a sentencing enhancement allegation of human trafficking of a minor. Maxwell's alleged victims are both 15-year-old girls, according to Santa Ana police Cpl. Anthony Bertagna. The suspect, who claims work as a landscaper, is currently in Orange County Jail.
