UPDATE: The Week Ahead in Fountain Valley
Los Amigos starts its playoff run this week, and the city council and school board are both scheduled to meet.
Tuesday: The Fountain Valley Police Department will swear in two new officers. The ceremony will be held at City Hall at 3 p.m.
The Fountain Valley City Council will hold its regular meeting at 6 p.m. in the council chambers.
The Fountain Valley Chamber of Commerce will host a networking luncheon at Mile Square Golf Course at 11:30 p.m. The Chamber will announce its firefighters and ambassadors of the year.

Thursday: The Mayor's Breakfast wil be held in the Saltzer room at Fountain Valley Regional Hospital at 8 a.m.
The Fountain Valley School District Board of Trustees will hold its regular monthly meeting at 7 p.m. in the board room at the district offices.

Friday: The Los Amigos football team starts its CIF playoff run against Costa Mesa at Garden Grove High. The game is scheduled to start at 7:30, but may start at 7 p.m. Check back with Patch during the week for a confirmed start time.
