A shooting in the San Dimas area today left a man dead.
Paramedics were sent to the 21200 block of Arrow Highway about 11:25 a.m. on a report of a shooting and found the man dead, said county fire Inspector Scott Miller.
The death was being investigated by sheriff's homicide detectives, according to the sheriff's department, which did not immediately release any details on the circumstances of the shooting.
