More Than 400 Marijuana Plants Seized in Glendora
Glendora Police arrested Jose Angel Marquez, 29, for marijuana cultivation.
Glendora Police seized over 400 marijuana plants in various stages of maturity in an industrial park in Glendora late Wednesday night.
The marijuana plants were discovered during a narcotics investigation in the 2000 block of E. Gladstone Street. Police conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle seen leaving the industrial park. Police then searched two suites in the area where they discovered the marijuana plants, along with equipment used to cultivate the plants, according to Lt. Brian Summers.
Jose Angel Marquez, 29 of West Covina, was arrested for marijuana cultivation and sales of marijuana. Marquez later posted a bond on $100,000 bail. He is due to appear for arraignment at Citrus Court in West Covina on May 17.
