Tuesday evening's Planning Commission meeting is expected to include the topic of the much-discussed proposed condo project at Bonnie Cove Avenue and Gladstone Street, according to the commission's April 2 agenda.

The commission decided to continue the discussion from its March 19 meeting.

The newly proposed development promises 1,300 to 1,500 square-foot, two-story homes geared toward young, new families. When the Olson group first proposed the project in 2011, homes were estimated to sell in the upper $300,000 range to lower $400,000 range.
