BluFi Lending, a direct lender for home loans, has opened a new office in Glendora, Calif.

The office will be located at 1340 E. Route 66 and the new branch will serve customers from the East San Gabriel Valley and the Inland Empire.

The new branch is staffed with mortgage bankers and support staff. Company HR managers are continuing to accept resumes and applications. Applications can be sent to resume@BluFi.com.

The company provides in-house underwriting, processing and closing teams. BluFi provides pre-approvals on the phone, 24-hour underwriting, and a 21-day closing guarantee for purchase loans.
