Moss Beach Party Stabbing Leaves 1 Hospitalized: Police

MOSS BEACH, CA — San Mateo County investigators are searching for a suspect wanted in connection with a stabbing outside a large house party Friday night in Moss Beach.

In a news release, the sheriff's office said deputies arrived at a location on Lancaster Boulevard around 10 p.m. after initial calls reported a group fighting in the street outside the party. While deputies were en route, dispatchers learned someone had been stabbed.

When they arrived, deputies found an 18-year-old victim from Half Moon Bay with multiple stab wounds. Medics rushed him to the hospital in stable condition.

Deputies said the unknown suspect fled the area before they arrived and remains at large.
