SAN MATEO COUNTY, CA -- Sunsets in San Mateo County are already beautiful, but when you add in the Pacific Ocean and a lighthouse to the image, they can become transcendent.

And that's the case with the above Photo of the Week sent to us by Karen Lemen. The above scene was captured by Karen at the Point Montara Light lighthouse in Montara on July 24.
