Fire Burns Atwater Village Church

 A small fire damaged a church today in the Atwater Village section of Los Angeles.

Thirty firefighters were dispatched to the L.A. Nam Seoul Grace Church, 3525 Glenhurst Ave., at 6:20 a.m. It took them 17 minutes to put the fire out, said Brian Humphrey of the Los Angeles City Fire Department.

There were no reports of injuries and a cause of the fire was under investigation, Humphrey said. Monetary loss to the church was still being tabulated.
