First Amendment

People take first amendment for granted. No one thinks twice about our freedom of speech.

Not until your freedom of speech is at risk of being taken away. I know personally. I stand on a sidewalk protesting Divine Saviour catholic church 90065 noisy amplified sound system.

I did 2 television interviews with ABC7 "What's bugging you, noise" and NBC. The church refused to interview with the television stations. After each television interview Divine Saviour catholic church retaliated taking me to court. First Priest Marco Ortiz . and his lying kids and churchmembers. They lost. Then Priest Albert Pragasam that falsely accused me of a crime that never happened. He tried to put me in jail. A jury found me not guilty.

First amendment comes at an extremely high price. Those that fight for it pay an extremely high price. The winners are those that benefit by those of us like me that stand up and fight in the courtroom.

There is still much bias toward the catholic church. LAPD Noise Enforcement Team refused for 20 years to write a police report and do a noise study until recently when forced by a high ranking Lt. Moffett. Kudo's to him for finally having the noise enforcement team write a report. However, the LAPD Noise enforcement Team Officer Hernandez did not even interview me even though I was the one that wanted the report and it was my complaint. Yet he interviewed the Priest and churchmembers and wrote a bias report. I should have been interviewed since I was the one requesting the report. How can LAPD and the Los Angeles City Attorney be so bias? Because they can. And, they still are.

First amendment came at an extremely high price for me. The church still blast their off key tape recordings with their amplified sound system 10 times a day every day even though there are no church services and not a sole around. I have been physically hurt and my car vandalized a few time and taken to court twice and once with a jury trial.

Yes, First amendment has come at an extremely high price.
