Highland Park Family Comes Every Tuesday For Food Truck Feast

“It’s got the best food and the guy knows exactly what to order,” says Sylvia Turner, pausing to take a bite from her mushroom-and-cheese frankie in the parking lot behind the Figueroa Produce Market Tuesday evening. “We love India Jones—and we don’t have to cook Tuesday night.”

By the looks of it, scores of other patrons at the weekly Food Truck event didn’t have to cook either.

A total of nine food trucks, ranging from LudoTruck (“Guerrilla Fried Chicken”) and The Lobos Truck (“Comfort Food With Conscience”) to Cool Cow and My Delight Truck comprised this week’s Food Truck lineup off Figueroa Street. Others included Lomo Arigato, Ta Bom and No Jodas Cuban Kitchen.
