Highland Park's 'Coldest Beer' Building Lists for $4 Million

The Eastsider L.A. is reporting that the building, buit in 1921, located at the corner of North Figueroa Street and Avenue 59--which includes and its Coldest Beer in Town sign--is now for sale for a cool $4 million.
