What has happened to our justice system is extremely disturbing. The innocent like me are prosecuted for crimes that never happened. And the guilty are not prosecuted or given little to no jail time for their crimes.
I was maliciously prosecuted by Divine Saviour catholic church 90065 and Priest Albert Pragasam and his lying church members Patricia Celaya for a crime that never happened.
I went to the box. I fought them. Not an easy fight with a public defender. Not an easy fight even with truth on my side against a billion dollar catholic church. A jury came back within minutes Not Guilty.

No evidence or witnesses that saw anything. Malicious prosecutor's that thought having a priest prosecute was enough to get me convicted.

But this injustice is happening every day all day long at the Criminal court building in Los Angeles on Temple St.
Most innocent people are too scared to go to jury fear of losing to a worse sentence.
That's not just.
We need to hold judges and prosecutors accountable. Right now they have qualified immunity and are accountable to no one. They are above the law.
Remove qualified immunity for judges and prosecutors. Or the justice system will never change.
