Justice Reform

Everyone says it all the time. Justice Reform. But the words have become meaningless.

It does NOT mean what most people think. Justice reform is not in the form of a few bad cops. Or police that make a bad mistake. Many are totally looking for justice reform in the WRONG direction. Justice reform has a totally different meaning for those falsely accused.

I was falsely accused of a crime that never happened by Divine Saviour Catholic church 90065 and Priest Albert Pragasam and lying church member Patricia Celaya and her 80 year old dad David Celaya. A jury found me not guilty. The catholic church now moved Priest Albert Pragasam to their sister church St. Ann's.

After Priest Marco Ortiz he took me to court and lost they moved him to Santa Clara and now he was moved to Burbank. The catholic church does not like strong women and will hang them to get rid of them or do everything in their power. What they didn't expect is I would fight them and beat both of them in court.

Prosecutors put an 80 year old man on the witness stand that came in a walker and would not see or turn around. He saw nothing but my "behind". That was his testimony. Remember the movie my cousin Vinney where the old lady could not see the front of the courtroom because she wore those thick glasses? Yes. That was my case. Sick. That was the prosecutions main witness.

My criminal case should NEVER have went to trial. And, neither should lots of other falsely accused victims. There are malicious prosecutors that prosecute like my LAPD Northeast neighborhood prosecutor Gabriella Taylor did with no evidence or witnesses.

Malicious Prosecutors do not care about the truth. They only care about a win ! And, what about doing what is morally right ? Malicious prosecutors do not care about the truth or morals.

And, sadly judges every day all day long allow malicious prosecutions. They also allow people they know to be innocent plea guilty.

And, then we also have judges that allow malicious prosecutors to prosecute when they are the ones that can stop prosecutions without evidence. But judges choose not to stop malicious prosecutors.

The question is why don't judges stop prosecutions that should not move forward. Seems like judges favor prosecutors. That is NOT justice. Judges are people we elect. Yet no one know researches them and there is never any publicity on judges. Yet we elect them blindly. These judges have so such power yet no one knows the bad from the good until it effects your life.

What happens to false accusers ?? NOTHING ! LAPD refused to prosecute my false accusers !

Justice reform needs to start in the courtroom! Remove prosecutor immunity. We sadly have democrats that do NOTHING about Prosecutor Qualified Immunity.
