Previously, the kitchen area was operated by Smokin' Mamas Grill & Deli, whose owner Deanna Gallardo died in December, 2011.

We are looking for someone to come in and rent the kitchen ASAP.  It is fully equipped with everything one would need to operate their business.  The equipment includes stock pot, rotisserie chicken machine, stove, oven, grill, griddle, fryer, sandwich prep table, steam table, panini press and more.  I am asking rent of $1700 and a deposit if $3,400.  I would pay for electricity and water and tenant would pay for gas and a couple of other quarterly and annual city fees that are directly tied in to the kitchen.
