Earning 27 of a possible 66 votes, was chosen by Patch readers as the best burger joint in the neighborhood.
Patch opened the voting to burger restaurants across Northeast L.A., including Patra's in Glassell Park, Troy's and . However, it was was Penny's, located right in the heart of Highland Park at York and Figueroa, that ran away with the vote.
The York came in second place, earning 18 votes.
