The Los Angeles city council and The Los Angeles county board of supervisors are proposing Bubble laws that prevent protesters from protesting around religious organizations. That would violate first amendment rights.
We already have laws to protect people. The problem with Bubble laws is people lie and maliciously prosecute like what Divine Saviour catholic church 90065 did to me. And is it happening to the Scientology protesters too.
First amendment comes at an extremely high price.
