HOLLYWOOD, CA – Edwin Castro, who last month came forward to collect a major Powerball jackpot, has dropped a whopping $25.5 million on a Hollywood Hills mansion.

It’s the most expensive sale in the Hollywood Hills this year – and one of the neighborhood’s priciest ever – but only accounts for 2.55 percent of Castro’s winnings. The mansion is perched on a hill overlooking the Sunset Strip, according to the Los Angeles Times.

Castro claimed his prize last month after purchasing the $2 billion-winning ticket at an Altadena gas station in November. He opted to collect his winnings in a nearly-$1 billion lump sum, the Times reported.
