Crossing Guard Struck By Vehicle Outside Hollywood School: Report

HOLLYWOOD, CA — A crossing guard was hospitalized after being struck by a vehicle outside an East Hollywood elementary school Thursday morning, KCAL reported.

The incident occurred outside Kingsley Elementary near Kingsley Avenue and Santa Monica Boulevard before the start of the school day Thursday.

Aerial footage showed the crossing guard lying down on the street after the collision. Paramedics transported the guard to a local hospital, KCAL reported.
