Dog Poop, Fake Leases And An OnlyFans Model: Squatters Trash Mansion In Hollywood Hills
"There was dog poop and pee all over the house … Weed smells, alcohol, all that stuff. They were partying," a real estate agent told KTLA.
LOS ANGELES — A Los Angeles real estate agent was left to clean up the mess created by a squatting situation that involved fake leases, dog poop and at least one OnlyFans model, according to reports.
Emily Randall Smith discovered the issue when she went to prepare the home for an open house, according to FOX 11. She had been out of town for the holidays and returned to find there were about five people living in the 9,000-square-foot house, according to KTLA, which reported that some of the occupants — including an OnlyFans model — had signed leases that were fake.
"We walked up the property and the lock box was cut off. And there was a mailbox someone had ordered and put up. Like that was very weird, that was not here before," Smith told FOX 11.

Police helped with the eviction process, according to KTLA, but no one was arrested, FOX 11 reported.
“The house was trashed. There was dog poop and pee all over the house … Weed smells, alcohol, all that stuff. They were partying,” Smith told KTLA.
