Firefighters Douse 2-Story Kitchen Fire In Hollywood

HOLLYWOOD, CA — Firefighters Thursday quickly doused a small kitchen fire inside one unit at a two-story apartment building in Hollywood.

Firefighters dispatched at 9:14 p.m. to 1144 N. Kenmore Ave. had the fire out within 11 minutes of their arrival, said Amy Bastman of the Los Angeles Fire Department.

No injuries were reported.
