First Female NFL Coach To Appear On Lay's Potato Chips Bags
Dr. Jen Welter is one of 30 people to be featured in the Lay's Smiles campaign.

WEST HOLLYWOOD, CA — The Lay's Smiles campaign is returning for the third year, and West Hollywood will be represented. Dr. Jen Welter, who made history by joining the Arizona Cardinals as a coaching intern in 2015, will be one of 30 smiling faces lining the shelves on the chips aisle.
The mission aims to highlight "ordinary people doing extraordinary things," so Dr. Welter's selection should come as no surprise. Welter, the first woman to join the NFL coaching ranks, founded the Grrridiron Girls Football Camps to empower young girls to chase their football dreams.
"I'm challenging all y'all smilers, bring your chips out, show your chips off," Welter joked on Instagram to the other people featured in the campaign.
