Hollywood Power Outage Leaves Over 600 Without Electricity

Over 600 customers are without power in Hollywood Thursday afternoon.

HOLLYWOOD, CA — Over 600 customers are without power Thursday afternoon as part of an outage centered in Hollywood Hills West, according to the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power.

The outage started just before 3 p.m. DWP crews are on site and working to restore power to the impacted area. The utility expects electricity to be restored by 5 p.m.

The cause of the outage is unclear at this time.
