Man Dressed as Hulk Destroys Donald Trump's Hollywood Star
The man took a pickaxe to the star, scratching out Trump's name and removing the TV logo beneath it.

HOLLYWOOD, CA — A man wearing an Incredible Hulk mask destroyed President Donald Trump's star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame with a pickaxe, according to police. The damage left Trump's name illegible, and completely removed the TV logo in the center of the star.
The incident took place around 6 a.m. and a felony vandalism report was filed. Police are still investigating and a suspect has not yet been taken into custody.
Hollywood Historic Trust will replace the star. Rana Ghadban, President and CEO of the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce, expressed displeasure at the latest attack on Trump's installation.

"When people are angry with one of our honorees, we would hope that they would project their anger in more positive ways than to vandalize a California State landmark," Ghadban told TMZ. "Our democracy is based on respect for the law. People can make a real difference by voting and not destroying public property.”
Of course, Trump's star has been a popular target for quite some time. The star was also destroyed with a pickaxe in 2018, and has been defecated on, covered with graffiti, and sectioned off with a mock border wall several times.
