HOLLYWOOD, CA — The man dressed as the Incredible Hulk who destroyed Trump's star on the Walk of Fame with a pickaxe last week turned himself in Monday morning. LAPD charged James Otis with felony vandalism for his attack on the star, which caused over $3,000 in damage.

It's not the first time the Beverly Hills resident has taken out his anger on the star. In 2017, Otis pleaded no contest to vandalizing the star just before the 2016 election, and was sentenced to three years of probation. That time, he said he used both a pickaxe and a sledgehammer to smash the plaque to pieces.

“I just sort of had enough with Mr. Trump’s aggressive language toward women and his behavior, his sexual violence with women and against women,” Otis told LA Times after the 2016 attack. “I’ve had personally in my own family four people who have been assaulted or have had sexual violence happen to them. It all became very personal.”
