While the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge spent the weekend attending charity events, business meetings and red carpet parties, neighboring Hancock Park played home base for the newlyweds' whirlwind weekend trip.

The couple stayed at the British consul-general's Hancock Park residence on June Street. Some lucky well-wishers were treated to an impromptu greeting Sunday morning outside the home.
