Stolen Car Chase Through Beverly Hills, Hollywood Ends On Melrose

HOLLYWOOD, CA — The driver of a possibly stolen car led police on an erratic car chase through the Beverly Hills and Hollywood area on Friday morning. The driver ran multiple stoplights and clipped parked cars before abandoning the car and attempting to flee on foot.

The driver was later arrested outside of the Moist clothing store on Melrose Avenue around 11:45 a.m. The red station wagon which police say was stolen was later discovered in a nearby alley.

According to FoxLA, the driver had dropped off a female passenger at Will Rogers Park before continuing the spree. The woman was arrested shortly after.
