FSHA Senior to Perform at Ford Theatre
Claire Rodriguez, 17, will lend her voice to Popera!, an opera infused with pop music.

student Claire Rodriguez, who's performed in many of her school's Broadway musicals, will lend her voice to a production at the Ford Amphitheatre in Hollywood.
The 17-year-old senior will share the stage Oct. 15 with internationally acclaimed tenor Jonathan Badon in POPERA!, an Evening of musical fusion opera with a pop twist.
The school's Facebook page posted this congratulatory message to Rodriguez on Wednesday: "We've already seen her talents in many FSHA productions; it's exciting that she'll get to share them with a larger audience!''

In addiiton to last spring's FSHA Pops concert, Rodriguez' school performances include Chicago, Gypsy and Little Shop of Horrors. She was described as "blessed with a pristine voice,'' by the Asian Journal website. According to the site, Rodriguez recently launched her first CD/music video entitled Alay Kay Inay.
