Contracted through Southern California Edison, linemen from Henkels & McCoy are replacing utility poles, battered over time by weather and nature (woodpeckers), around the. Workers used a crane to swing the poles over a strip of houses between Alta Canyada Road and Cypress Drive before swapping them out.
