Every week that a member of our Moms Council solicits questions from experts and smart moms like yourself, we'll post those inquiries and hope for heartfelt responses which we'll happily post.

How do you discuss different academic abilities with your kids?  They see kids who don't read as well or have mastered their math problems in no time at all - how do you discuss various skill levels in the competitive classroom with your kid?
