LCF Delegate Sees Good and Bad in Convention Delay

Greggory DeVore is disappointed he'll miss Ann Romney's scheduled speech, because Monday's events were canceled due to Tropical Storm Issac. But he likes the way a condensed convention will allow only the most pertinent messages to percolate.
