A stolen vehicle was recovered and an arrest made when a police officer pulled over a driver in the 1000 block of Foothill Drive last Thursday, according to Lt. Angela Shepherd of the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department Crescenta Valley station.
The officers were making a routine traffic stop on Thursday afternoon and arrested the driver after looking up the license plate and seeing the car reported as stolen, Shepherd said.
On Friday, in a nearby residential neighborhood in the 4400 block of Chevy Chase Boulevard, a Chevy Tahoe was reported stolen Friday around 10 p.m, Shepherd added.
