Shop for a Good Cause!
The Apple Cart will make the holidays brighter for local foster youth.
The beloved La Canada store, The Apple Cart, is partnering with Los Altos Auxiliary for Sycamores on Thursday, Nov 21 from 10 AM to 5 PM to support foster youth at Sycamores El Nido campus and young adults in Sycamores' Transitional Age Youth program. Owner Peggy Stevens will donate 25% of proceeds that day to the Los Altos Auxiliary for Sycamores.
"The Apple Cart is known not just for its beautiful and unique home decor, foods and clothing but for its never-ending kindness and generosity to local non-profits. We are so proud of their support for our volunteer work and love the chance to bring lots of people to find the perfect holiday gifts at The Apple Cart!" according to Los Altos Auxiliary President Cindy Bengtson.
Los Altos' 35 members live in the La Canada and La Crescenta area and hope all their friends and neighbors will shop on Nov 21 at The Apple Cart!
